Do I need to bring anything to the fitness assessment & consultation?
Yes. We will be doing a few assessments that are physical, so you will need to bring a change of gym clothes and water bottle. There is a cash vending machine and a water cooler at the gym. I recommend bringing your own water bottle. There is no locker room, only 3 restrooms so prepare accordingly.

Can I bring my children while I workout?
Yes. We have a "Kids Area" which is a sectioned off portion of our gym that includes a couch, a 42" television with HDMI input, and a power surge for charging Tablets, Phones, etc.. There is no one supervising thus area, but the facility is sized to where your children may enjoy themselves while you train, depending on their age.

How much does the fitness assessment and consultation package cost?
The fitness assessment and consultation package is $97 and that includes two 1-hour sessions with me (as listed above). The reason I charge for my consultations is I am giving you more information about your body that is specific to you and your goals, and I want to know that you are serious about working with a coach! 

Once we meet and go over your report of findings on your second session, if you sign up for a custom training program, I will happily apply the $97 as a credit towards your personal training sessions.

Can we train at a different location, like my home gym?
No. Here's why... Your training program will involve many different aspects of strength & conditioning training. Because of that, certain equipment is needed. Also, the environment of a private training studio is much different than the comfort of your home. That alone will push you towards greater success with your training.
